Ravn Alaska Flight Attendants must meet all minimum qualifications on the job posting including the following:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to responsibly serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the position which includes the ability to lift and maneuver 20 lbs. on a regular basis, and may involve lifting and maneuvering up to 60 lbs.
  • Must be in Anchorage, Alaska or be willing to relocate within 30 days if not already residing within one hour of Anchorage. Please note, Flight Attendants on reserve duty must be able to report to duty within one hour of a call out.
  • Must be fluent in English, and able to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and in writing
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

After successfully passing the required pre-employment screenings, you may receive an offer to join us in an upcoming ground school. Ravn Alaska Flight Attendants receive five weeks of comprehensive training in Anchorage, Alaska to prepare them for an exciting career as a member of the Inflight team. The training is comprised of classroom instruction as well as practical hands-on exercises covering topics such as extended overwater cabin crew responsibilities, self-defense, de-escalation training, and CPR. Flight Attendants in training are paid the monthly guarantee at the starting pay rate, which may be pro-rated depending on the class date.
