Once the results of the pre-employment screenings have been returned, Ravn Alaska Aircraft Maintenance Technicians will participate in initial training, covering topics such as human factors, safety protocols, and internal processes and procedures. After the new Technician is released to the Maintenance floor, they will have the opportunity to receive additional training in-house to increase their skill set and earn additional pay for their enhanced knowledge. Additionally, team members may be selected for trainings facilitated by a third party based on the needs of the organization, and with recommendation from Maintenance Leads, Supervisors and/or senior leadership.
