First Officer
- $70 per hour Starting Pay
- Option of a Standard Schedule with a 70-hour monthly guarantee or Commutable Schedule (15 days on/15 days off, following successful completion of training) with a 60-hour monthly guarantee

Direct Entry Captain
- $120 per hour starting pay and $125 per hour after successful IOE

Ravn Alaska Pilots must meet the minimum qualifications outlined on the job posting some of which include the following:
First Officer
- Must meet the applicable Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) minimums as specified in 14 CFR Part 61 for either an ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP)
- Must have a valid First-Class Medical
- Must not have a record of any FAA Certificate Action or Administrative Action within the prior 24 months
- Must have a valid US Passport and the ability to travel in and out of the US, including to Canada
- Must possess all current ratings to operate commercial aircraft for a Part 121 operation, including an Airline Transport Pilot certificate
Direct Entry Captain
- Must have a total of 2500 hours in a fixed-wing aircraft, of which 1000 hours will be multi-engine turbine flight time, and 1000 hours total flight time will be air carrier experience
- Must have a valid First-Class Medical
- Must not have a record of any FAA Certificate Action or Administrative Action within the prior 24 months
- Must have a valid US Passport and the ability to travel in and out of the US, including to Canada
All training will take place after successfully passing the required pre-employment screenings and receiving a formal invitation to join us in an upcoming ground school. Ravn Alaska Pilots receive 6 weeks of comprehensive training to include classroom instruction and practical hands-on exercises. Comprehensive training received will include basic indoctrination, general subjects, and systems at our Ravn Alaska Resource Center located in Anchorage, Alaska. Following ground school, pilots will be scheduled for Simulator training (SIM) where they will be trained and tested on mirrored real-life situations. Quickly following SIM, a Pilot will undergo their Initial Operating Experience (IOE) and are welcomed into the fleet as an official Pilot for Ravn Alaska.
